It provides jurisdiction-specific checklists, document templates, and a guided intake that turns project details into a ready-to-file packet (PDF set + index). It tracks status, deadlines, and missing items, and keeps a clean audit trail of communications and revisions. An AI layer can pre-check uploaded plans/forms for common omissions (signatures, parcel IDs, inconsistent scope, missing attachments) and flag likely rejection reasons before submission. This is not a magic “instant approval” tool; it’s a practical reduction of back-and-forth that wastes weeks. Revenue comes from subscriptions for contractors and per-project fees for homeowners, with optional municipal licensing for standardized intake links.
