PermitPulse

PermitPulse is a web app (with a lightweight mobile companion) that helps conservation NGOs, researchers, and wildlife agencies track permits, land-access approvals, and compliance deadlines in one place. It centralizes permit documents, required attachments, site coordinates, stakeholder contacts, and renewal timelines, then pushes reminders before work gets blocked in the field. The AI layer can extract key fields from PDFs (permit number, expiry, conditions, reporting requirements) and flag missing items or conflicting dates. It also generates a simple “field-ready” checklist for each project so teams know what they can legally do at a site on a given day. This is not glamorous, but it removes a common operational bottleneck that quietly wastes grant money and delays conservation actions. The MVP should focus on reliability, audit trails, and offline access to critical documents.
