PermitPulse is a web app (with optional mobile companion) that helps homeowners and small contractors get energy-efficiency and electrification projects permitted and rebated with fewer delays. You enter your address, scope (heat pump, panel upgrade, insulation, solar, EV charger), and contractor info. The app generates a jurisdiction-specific checklist, pre-fills common permit forms, flags missing documents, and tracks status with reminders. It also maps eligible rebates/credits (utility, city, state, federal) and produces a single “submission packet” PDF set. This is a combination traditional + AI app: AI extracts requirements from local permit portals, reads uploaded plans/spec sheets, and checks for common rejection triggers (wrong load calc, missing cut sheets, unclear site plan). It won’t magically “guarantee approval,” but it can reduce re-submittals and wasted weeks—where most projects stall.
