PermitPulse

PermitPulse is a web + mobile app that helps community organizers plan public events without getting blindsided by permits, insurance, venue rules, and city deadlines. You enter your event type, location, expected attendance, and activities (sound, food, street closure, march route). The app generates a realistic compliance checklist, a timeline with buffer days, and a document pack (templates for permit requests, neighbor notices, vendor agreements, volunteer waivers). It tracks status per requirement, assigns tasks to volunteers, and stores all files in one place. It also sends reminders before submission deadlines and flags high-risk items (amplified sound, alcohol, road usage). This is not a magic “auto-approve” tool; it’s a coordination system that reduces missed steps, last-minute cancellations, and organizer burnout.
