It also tracks application status, deadlines, and required documents, and can package a contractor-ready permit packet (forms, drawings checklist, owner authorization). This is not a magic “instant permit” tool—many jurisdictions have messy data—so the product is honest about confidence levels, shows sources, and highlights what must be verified with the city/county. Monetization: per-report fees plus a pro plan for agents and contractors.
