PermitPulse

PermitPulse is a web app (with a lightweight mobile companion) for solar PV developers and EPCs to manage the most failure-prone part of projects: permits, AHJ requirements, and utility interconnection. It centralizes every jurisdiction’s checklist, required documents, fees, inspection steps, and typical cycle times, then turns each project into a clear, auditable timeline with owners and due dates. The AI component reads incoming emails/PDF letters from utilities and AHJs, extracts action items, and updates the project status automatically. It also flags risk early (missing single-line diagram version, expired insurance cert, wrong meter spec) and produces a “next best action” queue for coordinators. This is not a design tool or monitoring dashboard; it’s operational control for the soft-cost bottleneck that routinely delays PTO and cash flow.
