It continuously monitors public planning portals, permit filings, and meeting agendas across selected counties/cities, then flags projects that overlap with sensitive bird habitats, migration corridors, or known nesting areas. Users get a clear, non-alarmist risk summary, key dates (comment deadlines, hearings), and a one-click workflow to assign tasks, draft comment letters, and track outcomes. This is not a magic “save all birds” tool; it’s a practical operations layer for advocacy and compliance work that currently happens in spreadsheets and inboxes. The MVP focuses on a few regions with reliable data sources and expands as ingestion improves. It’s designed to reduce missed deadlines and increase the number of interventions that actually happen.
