PermitPulse is a web + mobile inspection and enforcement app for agencies that need defensible, repeatable field work without buying a giant enterprise suite. Inspectors use the mobile app offline to run standardized checklists, capture time-stamped photos/video, record notes, and collect digital signatures. The system automatically packages an “evidence bundle” with GPS, device metadata, and a tamper-evident audit trail suitable for hearings and public records requests. Supervisors use the web dashboard to schedule inspections, assign cases, track SLAs, and generate notices (warning, citation, re-inspection) from templates. A lightweight AI layer helps draft narratives from field notes and suggests relevant code sections, but humans approve everything. The goal is to reduce paperwork, cut rework from missing documentation, and lower the number of contested citations caused by weak evidence or inconsistent process.
