PermitPulse
PermitPulse is a web app (with a lightweight desktop gateway) that manages and enforces time-bound vendor and contractor access into OT environments. Instead of leaving always-on VPNs and shared jumpbox accounts, it issues expiring “access permits” tied to a specific asset, protocol, and time window, with mandatory approval and full session recording. The desktop gateway sits in the OT/DMZ to broker connections (RDP/SSH/VNC and common OT protocols via jump hosts) without exposing the control network directly. It integrates with existing identity providers and ticketing tools so approvals map to real work orders. This is not a magic AI SOC; it’s a pragmatic control to reduce one of the most common OT breach paths: unmanaged third-party access. Expect heavy lift in deployment and sales cycles, but strong value when it replaces risky remote-access sprawl.
