It links each standard requirement (e.g., OSHA/ISO/internal SOPs) to the real “proof of work” teams already generate: permits, toolbox talks, maintenance logs, training records, and incident follow-ups. Instead of doing quarterly scramble-audits, supervisors get a weekly compliance pulse: what’s expiring, what’s missing, and what’s trending toward nonconformance. The AI layer reads uploaded PDFs/photos, extracts key fields (dates, signatures, equipment IDs), and flags gaps against your configured standard map. It’s not a full EHS suite; it’s a focused compliance evidence collector and gap detector that integrates with existing systems. The goal is simple: reduce audit prep time and prevent repeat findings by making evidence capture routine and verifiable.
