PermitPulse is a mobile + web app that digitizes high-risk work permits (LOTO, hot work, confined space, work at height) with built-in guardrails. Supervisors create a permit from templates, workers complete step-by-step checklists, and the app blocks approval if critical fields are missing (gas test values, isolation points, PPE, rescue plan, signatures). It supports offline capture on the shop floor, photo evidence, QR codes on equipment, and time-boxed permits that auto-expire. A lightweight AI layer flags inconsistent entries (e.g., “no atmospheric hazard” but gas test missing) and suggests corrective actions based on your own procedures—not generic advice. The goal is not “more reporting”; it’s fewer invalid permits, fewer rework loops, and a cleaner audit trail when regulators or clients ask for proof.
