PermitPulse

PermitPulse is a web app (with a lightweight mobile companion) that centralizes event permitting, compliance, and deadline tracking for sports venues and event organizers. It replaces messy email threads and spreadsheets with a single checklist that maps requirements by city, venue type, crowd size, alcohol sales, street closures, pyrotechnics, temporary structures, and vendor categories. Users assign owners, upload documents, track approvals, and get escalating reminders as deadlines approach. A built-in “day-of” compliance pack generates a printable/phone-friendly binder: permits, COIs, site maps, emergency contacts, and inspection schedules. It also logs communications and changes for post-event audits and insurance claims. This is a traditional app with a small AI layer that drafts permit request emails, summarizes agency feedback, and flags missing documents based on uploaded files. It’s not glamorous, but it prevents expensive delays and cancellations.
