PermitPulse is a mobile + web permit-to-work (PTW) and safety compliance app for small-to-mid contractors and industrial subcontractors who still run permits, JSAs, and toolbox talks on paper or scattered PDFs. It standardizes high-risk work approvals (hot work, confined space, LOTO, working at height) with step-by-step checklists, required attachments, and digital sign-offs that are time-stamped and audit-ready. Supervisors can issue, pause, and close permits in the field, while safety managers monitor leading indicators (overdue permits, missing isolations, repeated hazards) from a dashboard. An AI layer can auto-summarize incident/near-miss reports and flag missing critical controls, but it does not “approve” safety—humans do. This is not glamorous software; it’s operational plumbing that reduces paperwork chaos and makes audits survivable. Expect slow sales cycles and high trust requirements, but strong retention once embedded.
