PermitPulse is a web app (with optional mobile companion) that centralizes environmental permit obligations for facilities and automatically tracks reporting, monitoring, and renewal deadlines. Users upload permits, consent decrees, and agency letters; the system extracts key obligations, builds a compliance calendar, and assigns tasks with evidence checklists. It also stores supporting documents (sampling results, manifests, inspection logs) in an audit-ready binder and generates a “regulator-ready” export when inspectors show up. This is a combination traditional + AI app: AI is used for document intake and obligation extraction, but workflows and approvals remain deterministic to avoid hallucination-driven compliance errors.
