PermitPulse is a web app (with optional mobile companion) that centralizes environmental permits, reporting obligations, and evidence for small-to-mid industrial operators. It ingests permit PDFs, agency letters, and internal SOPs, then converts them into a calendar of actionable tasks (sampling, inspections, manifests, emissions reporting) with owners, reminders, and required proof. The AI component extracts key conditions and flags ambiguous language, but the product is honest about limits: it requires human review and sign-off to avoid “AI said so” compliance failures. The MVP focuses on one painful wedge—deadline tracking and evidence packaging—because full EHS suites are crowded and expensive. The app produces audit-ready “compliance packets” (what was required, what was done, and supporting files) and a simple dashboard for upcoming risk. It’s built for teams that currently run compliance on spreadsheets and inbox searches.
