PermitPulse is a web app (with optional mobile companion) that helps clean-energy and industrial decarbonization teams track, de-risk, and accelerate permitting and interconnection workflows. It centralizes every permit, agency contact, required document, deadline, and dependency into a single timeline, then flags likely bottlenecks based on historical cycle times and missing artifacts. Users can generate standardized document checklists per jurisdiction, log stakeholder communications, and produce board-ready status reports in minutes. A lightweight AI layer summarizes correspondence, drafts first-pass responses to agency questions, and highlights “risk words” (e.g., wetlands, cultural resources) that commonly trigger rework. This is not a magic “cut carbon” calculator; it’s operational plumbing for getting real projects built. The goal is fewer missed deadlines, fewer resubmittals, and faster notice-to-proceed for projects that actually reduce emissions.
