PermitPulse is a web app with a companion mobile app that turns facilities compliance into a calendar-driven, evidence-backed workflow. It tracks permits, inspections, certifications, and recurring compliance tasks across multiple sites (fire systems, elevators, backflow, HVAC, safety drills). Users get automated reminders, owner assignments, and a simple “proof locker” for photos, PDFs, contractor invoices, and inspection reports tied to each asset and requirement. An AI layer reads uploaded documents and emails, extracts dates, jurisdiction, and required follow-ups, then flags missing evidence and upcoming risk items. The product is intentionally narrow: compliance scheduling + documentation, not a full CMMS. It integrates with Outlook/Gmail and supports contractor access links so vendors can upload proof without needing full accounts. The goal is fewer fines, fewer failed audits, and less time hunting for paperwork.
