The AI component helps classify scope, map it to likely permit types, and draft homeowner/contractor messages to the city—nothing magical, just speed. The core value is reducing wasted trips, reschedules, and angry customers by making permit progress visible and actionable. It won’t replace local expertise, and it won’t work in every city, but where data exists it saves real money fast.
