PermitPulse

PermitPulse is a web + mobile AI-assisted home search companion that surfaces “non-obvious” property risk signals buyers routinely miss: open/expired permits, code violations, unpermitted additions, flood/insurance risk indicators, nearby construction permits, and recurring neighborhood complaints. Instead of replacing Zillow/Redfin, it plugs into your search by letting you paste an address or share a listing link, then generates a clean, buyer-friendly risk brief with sources and confidence levels. It also flags questions to ask during tours (e.g., “Was this deck permitted?”) and creates a checklist you can share with your agent or inspector. The app is brutally practical: it won’t predict prices magically, but it will reduce nasty surprises that waste time and money. Monetization is straightforward: per-report fees or a subscription for active buyers, with a higher tier for agents who run many addresses weekly.
