PermitPulse is a web + mobile AI-assisted compliance layer for Enterprise Asset Management that prevents downtime caused by missed inspections, permits, and regulatory tasks. Instead of trying to replace your EAM (SAP, Maximo, Infor), it plugs into it and focuses on one painful gap: keeping asset-related compliance obligations current and provable. The app ingests work orders, asset registers, and location hierarchies, then builds a compliance calendar by site and asset class. Field techs get mobile checklists, photo evidence capture, and offline mode; supervisors get a real-time “compliance risk” board that highlights what will lapse in 7/30/90 days. An AI assistant drafts inspection summaries, flags missing evidence, and suggests next actions based on prior findings. Exportable audit packets (PDF + signed logs) reduce scramble during audits and incident investigations. The product is narrow by design: fewer features, but fewer failures.
