The app generates a permit/inspection checklist, typical local sequencing, and a realistic timeline with buffer days. It also produces a “permit-ready” scope summary and a document pack (fixture cut sheets list, basic drawings checklist, contractor questions) to reduce back-and-forth with the city and trades. This is not a magic code oracle—jurisdictions vary and data is messy—so the product focuses on high-confidence guidance, clear uncertainty flags, and links to official sources.
