PermitPulse

PermitPulse is a web app (with optional mobile companion) that helps small-to-mid operators stay compliant with environmental permits and reporting deadlines without hiring a full-time EHS specialist. Users upload permits (PDFs), monitoring plans, and past reports; the app extracts key obligations (sampling frequency, discharge limits, recordkeeping, submittal dates) and turns them into a calendar, task list, and evidence binder. It also supports recurring checklists for inspections and maintenance, and stores photos, meter readings, and lab results tied to specific permit conditions. The AI component suggests what’s missing, flags likely noncompliance (e.g., overdue sampling), and drafts first-pass reports, but it never “guarantees compliance.” This is not glamorous, but it targets a real operational headache: keeping up with fragmented, deadline-driven environmental paperwork across multiple sites and vendors.
