Instead of generic “project management,” it provides jurisdiction-specific checklists, deadline tracking, document templates, and a single evidence vault that maps every claim to supporting files. An AI assistant can read uploaded permit letters, agency emails, and contracts, then extract requirements, dates, and missing items into a compliance timeline. It also flags common deal-killers (e.g., incomplete baseline evidence, unclear additionality narrative, missing stakeholder consultation proof) before you pay for verification. This is not a carbon calculator; it’s a delivery tool for getting real projects approved and financed. Teams can share controlled access with consultants, landowners, and verifiers to reduce back-and-forth and prevent last-minute surprises.
