PermitPulse

PermitPulse is a web app (with optional mobile companion) that helps small businesses and accountants manage government fees and licenses across multiple agencies and jurisdictions. It centralizes renewal dates, required documents, payment confirmations, and audit-ready receipts in one place. The app monitors agency portals and email notices, flags upcoming renewals, and generates a simple compliance calendar by location and business type. It also stores standardized business info (EIN, addresses, officers, NAICS, etc.) to reduce repetitive form-filling. An AI assistant can summarize renewal requirements from uploaded letters, extract key fields, and draft checklists—without pretending to “file for you” where automation is legally or technically blocked. The goal is boring reliability: fewer late fees, fewer lapsed licenses, and less time wasted hunting for proof of payment when an inspector or auditor asks.
