PermiTrackr is a web app (with optional mobile companion) that links permitting milestones to project-finance readiness for energy infrastructure projects. It turns messy permit trackers, agency emails, and consultant updates into a lender-friendly “schedule of conditions precedent,” highlighting what blocks notice-to-proceed, first draw, and COD. It’s a combination traditional + AI app: traditional workflow for structured milestone tracking, plus AI to extract dates, dependencies, and risk flags from PDFs, emails, and meeting notes. The app generates a bankable timeline, risk register, and monthly lender update pack in minutes. Reality check: it won’t magically speed up agencies, but it will reduce preventable financing delays caused by missing filings, unclear dependencies, and poor reporting. It’s built for teams juggling multiple jurisdictions and constantly changing requirements.
