PersonaLedger is a web app (with optional Slack integration) that turns target personas into living, auditable records. Instead of static persona PDFs, each persona is built from linked evidence: interview notes, call transcripts, support tickets, CRM fields, win/loss reasons, and landing-page behavior. The app scores each persona attribute (job-to-be-done, triggers, objections, budget, buying committee) by freshness and confidence, so teams can see what’s real versus guesswork. It also flags contradictions (e.g., “price-sensitive” vs. repeated purchases) and shows how assumptions drift over time. Lightweight workflows help teams request new evidence, assign validation tasks, and publish a “current truth” snapshot for marketing, sales, and product. It’s not a magic persona generator; it’s a system to keep personas accurate and defensible as the market changes.
