PersonaProof

PersonaProof is a web app (AI + traditional) that stress-tests your target personas against real-world signals. Most personas are fiction: a few interviews, some vibes, and a slide deck. PersonaProof pulls in first-party data (CRM exports, product events, support tickets), plus optional public signals (job posts, reviews, community threads), then generates persona hypotheses with explicit citations. It runs “persona fit” checks: which segments actually convert, retain, expand, or churn. It flags contradictions (e.g., your ‘mid-market ops manager’ persona never books demos) and suggests the smallest set of interviews/surveys needed to close evidence gaps. Output is a one-page persona brief with confidence scores, supporting quotes, and recommended channels/messages—exportable to Notion/Google Docs. It’s built for teams that are tired of pretty personas that don’t move pipeline.
