PestPermit

PestPermit is a mobile + web app for pest control operators who waste hours on documentation, chemical usage logs, and client-ready service reports. Techs scan a QR code at the site, select the account, and complete a guided checklist that enforces local compliance fields (product, concentration, application method, PPE, weather, re-entry intervals). The app generates a branded PDF report for the customer and stores an audit trail with timestamps and geotags. It also tracks inventory by syncing what was used per job and flags when a product is nearing expiration or restricted for certain sites (schools, food facilities). Optional AI extracts label directions from product photos and pre-fills fields, but the workflow is designed to work even without AI. This is not a “do everything” platform—just fast, compliant documentation.
