PestProofLog is a mobile + web app for pest-control operators to document insect and invertebrate activity with audit-ready evidence. Techs and small operators still rely on paper forms, scattered photos, and inconsistent notes, which causes failed audits, customer disputes, and inefficient follow-ups. The app standardizes inspections: trap and bait station maps, photo capture with timestamps, service notes, and trend reports per site. It generates branded PDF service reports and compliance packets for common requirements (food service, warehousing, multi-unit housing). It also includes an AI-assisted “likely ID” from photos, but it’s positioned as a helper, not a guarantee, to avoid liability. The core value is operational: faster documentation, fewer callbacks, and cleaner handoffs between technicians. Realistically, success depends on nailing offline mode, speed, and simple workflows—not flashy AI.
