PestPulse

PestPulse is a mobile + web app for proactive pest management that turns routine inspection notes into actionable risk forecasts. Technicians log sightings, trap counts, sanitation issues, and weather/context in under a minute per stop. The system then generates a site-level “risk pulse” for common pests (roaches, rodents, flies, stored-product insects) and recommends the next best actions: where to inspect next, which exclusion points to prioritize, and when to schedule follow-ups. It also produces client-ready summaries that explain trends without jargon, reducing back-and-forth and helping retain contracts. This is a combination traditional + AI app: traditional workflows for fast logging and compliance, plus AI for anomaly detection, trend forecasting, and narrative reporting. It’s realistic: it won’t magically identify every pest from photos; it focuses on better decisions from the data teams already collect (or should collect).
