PetitionOps

PetitionOps is a web app (with an optional mobile companion) for referendum and ballot-initiative campaigns to manage signature collection like a real operations team. It centralizes circulator onboarding, territory assignments, daily goals, and compliance checklists, then tracks signature batches from “in hand” to “submitted” with chain-of-custody logs. The system flags common disqualifiers (missing fields, wrong county, bad dates) and produces state-specific reports for managers and attorneys. It also includes a lightweight donor/volunteer module so small campaigns don’t need a full CRM. This is a traditional app with a small AI layer: AI helps spot likely invalid entries from photos/scans and highlights training issues by circulator. The value is boring but real: fewer wasted signatures, fewer missed deadlines, and less chaos across distributed teams.
