PGPInboxFix

PGPInboxFix is a desktop + web admin app that makes day-to-day PGP email workable for small companies without turning everyone into a crypto hobbyist. It focuses on the boring failures that kill adoption: missing public keys, expired keys, wrong recipients, and “I encrypted it but they can’t open it.” The desktop component plugs into common mail clients via a local agent and enforces simple policies (always encrypt to these domains, never send unencrypted to these addresses, warn on key mismatch). The web console lets an admin manage an internal directory of verified public keys, rotation reminders, and onboarding flows. It also generates human-readable delivery diagnostics (what key was used, why encryption failed, what the recipient needs) to cut support tickets. This is not magic privacy; it’s operational reliability for PGP in real workplaces.
