PharmProof is a mobile + web prescription tracking app focused on one painful reality: people think a refill is ready, then waste time finding out it isn’t (prior auth, out-of-stock, refill-too-soon, insurance changes). Users add meds by scanning the label or importing from supported pharmacy portals, then the app monitors refill eligibility windows, pickup status, and common blockers. It sends “actionable” alerts (e.g., call prescriber for renewal, start prior auth, transfer to in-stock pharmacy) rather than generic reminders. A simple timeline shows last fill, days remaining, next refill date, and what’s currently blocking it. Caregivers can manage multiple profiles with permission. This is a combination traditional app + light AI: AI is used to classify pharmacy messages/notifications and suggest next steps, not to give medical advice.
