PhasePivot

PhasePivot is a mobile + web AI app that helps people navigate career phases (entry, growth, plateau, burnout, pivot, leadership, return-to-work) with concrete next steps. Users complete a 7-minute check-in covering role scope, skills currency, energy/burnout, compensation, manager quality, and market signals. The app outputs a “Phase Scorecard” and a 30-day action plan: what to stop, start, and measure, plus a weekly checklist. It includes a reality-based job market module that estimates how competitive your profile is for target roles using your resume and a selected region/industry, then recommends the smallest set of upgrades (portfolio project, certification, quantified bullets) that moves the needle. It also tracks momentum (applications, interviews, learning hours, networking touches) and flags when you’re stuck so you don’t waste months drifting.
