PhysioSnap

PhysioSnap is a mobile app (with an optional web dashboard) that turns physical-therapy-style rehab into short, trackable “micro-sessions” you can actually finish. Users pick a problem area (e.g., shoulder, knee, lower back), then follow a 5–8 minute routine with clear video demos, rep timers, and pain/effort check-ins. The app adapts weekly based on adherence and symptom trends, and it flags when you’re not improving and should see a clinician. It’s not trying to replace a PT; it’s designed for the huge gap between “I got a sheet of exercises” and “I did them consistently.” An AI layer personalizes progressions and detects likely form issues from short phone videos, but it’s conservative: it suggests adjustments and safety warnings rather than making medical claims.
