PickLedger is a mobile + web app for private “pick pools” with friends: spreads, moneylines, props, and weekly fantasy side-bets. Instead of arguing in group chats, users create a pool, set rules (units, limits, lock times, payout splits), and log picks in seconds. The app auto-grades results from official data feeds, calculates standings, and generates a clean settlement sheet (Venmo/PayPal friendly) without touching the money itself. It also supports “confidence” picks and streak challenges to keep engagement high even when someone is out of contention. The goal is not to beat sportsbooks or replace major fantasy platforms; it’s to make small-stakes social competition organized, transparent, and low-drama. Monetization is straightforward: subscription for advanced pool formats, more pools, and premium stats, plus optional sponsor placements for public pools.
