PickPathPro

PickPathPro is a web app (with optional mobile scanning) that helps small-to-mid warehouses improve slotting and pick paths without buying a full WMS overhaul. You import order history (CSV/API), basic location layout (aisles/bays/levels), and SKU dimensions/velocity. The app simulates pick routes (single-order, batch, zone) and recommends re-slotting moves that reduce travel time while respecting constraints like weight, hazmat, temperature zones, and replenishment frequency. It generates a practical move list (what to move, from/to locations, priority) and a pick-path map that can be printed or pushed to handhelds. It’s an AI-assisted app: it uses optimization plus a lightweight model to predict near-term SKU velocity shifts and seasonality, so slotting doesn’t go stale. Reality check: it won’t beat the best enterprise WMS modules, but it can deliver measurable gains for teams stuck on spreadsheets.
