PickProof

PickProof is a mobile + web app that reduces wrong-item and wrong-quantity fulfillment for BOPIS and ship-from-store. Store associates scan the shelf/bin barcode and the item barcode; the app verifies the pick against the order, flags lookalike SKUs, and forces a quick photo proof for exceptions. It also tracks “inventory confidence” per SKU/location by comparing expected stock to scan reality, then pushes a simple task list: cycle count these 20 high-risk items, re-bin these mismatched locations, and quarantine damaged stock. Managers get a web dashboard showing mispick rate, top confusion pairs (similar packaging), and which stores are drifting from system inventory. This is not a full ERP replacement—it's a lightweight layer that plugs into the existing POS/OMS/WMS and focuses on the last 10 feet where mistakes actually happen.
