PickProof

PickProof is a mobile + web app that reduces shipping errors by requiring lightweight photo verification at the most failure-prone moments: pick, pack, and label. Warehouse staff use a phone to scan the order barcode, then the app guides them through a short checklist and captures a quick photo of the packed items and the shipping label. The system flags mismatches (wrong SKU, wrong quantity, wrong label) using computer vision and simple rules, then holds the shipment for supervisor review before it leaves the dock. A web dashboard shows error hotspots by picker, zone, SKU, and time of day, so operators can fix process issues instead of blaming people. This is not a “magic WMS replacement”; it’s a bolt-on quality layer that integrates with Shopify, ShipStation, and common 3PL/WMS exports via API or CSV.
