PickProof

PickProof is a web + mobile click-and-collect verification app that reduces mis-picks and handoff errors at the pickup counter/curbside. It creates a “handoff checklist” per order: required items, substitutions, age-restricted prompts, and bag count. Staff scan a single QR on the order label, then the app guides a fast confirm flow (scan high-risk SKUs, photo of packed bags, and optional customer code). For customers, it provides a lightweight pickup link (no full app required) to confirm arrival, share vehicle details, and present a one-time pickup token. Managers get a dashboard showing error hotspots by store, picker, time of day, and product category, plus simple SOP templates. This is not a full OMS; it sits on top of existing systems via API/CSV and focuses narrowly on accurate, auditable handoff.
