PickPulse

PickPulse is a web + mobile app that continuously improves warehouse slotting and pick paths using real pick data, not one-time “re-slot” projects. It connects to your WMS via flat-file exports or APIs, ingests order lines, pick timestamps, travel distances (from scan sequences), and location attributes, then recommends weekly slot moves and zone/path tweaks that reduce travel and congestion. The product is intentionally pragmatic: it focuses on the 20% of SKUs and locations that drive 80% of walking, and it outputs a short, prioritized move list with expected minutes saved and labor dollars impact. Supervisors can approve, assign, and track moves, and the app measures whether the change actually improved pick rates. It avoids overpromising “perfect optimization” and instead delivers repeatable, measurable gains with minimal process disruption.
