PickTrek

PickTrek is a web + mobile AI-assisted slotting and pick-path planner for small-to-mid warehouses that can’t justify a full WMS overhaul. It ingests order history (CSV/API), location master data, and basic item attributes, then recommends slot moves and generates pick paths optimized for walking distance, congestion, and batch strategy (single, batch, zone). It outputs clear move lists, heatmaps, and pick-route PDFs/mobile lists that work even with paper-based operations. The app focuses on pragmatic constraints: limited labor to re-slot, fixed shelving, and messy data. It also tracks before/after KPIs (lines per hour, travel distance estimates) so managers can prove ROI. It won’t replace a WMS; it’s a lightweight layer that sits on top and improves daily execution without a months-long implementation.
