PickupProof

PickupProof is a mobile + web app for locker and pickup-point operators to reduce “I never got it” claims. It creates a lightweight chain-of-custody at the moment of pickup: the customer scans a QR at the locker/counter, the app captures a short liveness selfie and device attestation, and it generates a tamper-evident receipt (time, location, locker ID, carrier tracking, and pickup token). For staffed pickup points, the clerk can trigger the same flow on a shared device. Merchants and carriers get a dashboard to review disputes with a clear audit trail, export evidence, and set rules (e.g., require liveness for high-value items). This is not a full locker management system; it’s a bolt-on proof layer that integrates via webhooks/API with existing locker software and carrier tracking feeds.
