PickupPulse is a web + mobile app for retailers running click-and-collect who are tired of missed arrivals, parking-lot confusion, and staff ping-pong. Customers get a lightweight arrival flow (tap “I’m on my way,” auto-detect arrival, confirm car/spot), while store staff see a live pickup queue prioritized by ETA, order temperature sensitivity, and promised SLA. The system nudges customers to the right pickup zone and alerts staff only when it matters, reducing radio chatter and wasted trips. It includes exception handling for substitutions, ID checks, and partial orders, plus simple analytics to expose bottlenecks by hour, team, and zone. This is not a full OMS replacement; it plugs into existing ecommerce/OMS via APIs and focuses narrowly on the last 50 meters: getting the right bag to the right car fast.
