It focuses on recurring local games (basketball, soccer, volleyball, ultimate) and uses a lightweight reputation system to reduce no-shows: RSVP deposits (optional), attendance streaks, and host ratings. Players discover games by location, skill level, and vibe (casual/competitive), then join with one tap. Hosts get tools to cap rosters, auto-fill waitlists, and message only confirmed players. The app monetizes via host subscriptions (advanced scheduling, deposits, venue tools) and small per-event fees for paid games. This is not a “social network for sports.” It’s a logistics tool that makes games actually happen, which is the real pain point people complain about after the novelty wears off.
