For peer-to-peer deals, it provides in-app chat, no-show penalties, and a handoff code to confirm transfer. It’s not trying to replace marketplaces; it plugs into them by letting users paste a listing link and auto-fill details. This is a combination traditional + AI app: AI extracts item dimensions from photos (best-effort) and flags high-risk pickups (stairs, tight turns) to reduce failed jobs.
