PinchPilot

PinchPilot helps venue and facility teams detect and reduce pedestrian choke points using low-cost sensors and existing cameras. It ingests footfall and dwell-time signals (e.g., Wi‑Fi/BLE counts, simple overhead people counters, or RTSP camera feeds) and turns them into a live “congestion risk” map with alerts when flow slows below safe thresholds. The MVP focuses on practical operations: configurable zones, baseline comparisons by day/time, and incident logs so teams can prove what changed after signage, barrier tweaks, or staffing adjustments. It’s designed for places that can’t afford full-blown smart-building deployments but still need actionable visibility: small arenas, museums, transit-adjacent retail, campuses, and event organizers. Expect some setup friction (calibration, privacy review), but once running it provides measurable reductions in queues, complaints, and safety risks.
