Users can forward messages, paste transcripts, or record a quick voice recap; the app extracts tasks, asks for confirmation, and sends polite nudges when deadlines slip. It also generates a weekly “who owes what” summary so teams stop arguing about what was agreed. This is a combination traditional + AI app: traditional for the ledger, permissions, and reminders; AI for extracting commitments and summarizing.
