PingWeaver

PingWeaver is a web app (with optional Slack/Teams add-ons) that routes outbound and inbound customer messages across email, SMS, WhatsApp, in-app chat, and push based on rules and real delivery outcomes. Teams define a “message journey” (e.g., invoice reminder, onboarding, incident update) with fallback logic: if email bounces, try SMS; if SMS fails, switch to WhatsApp; if no response in 24 hours, create a ticket and notify an agent. It centralizes templates, consent tracking, quiet hours, and channel costs, then reports what actually worked by segment and region. This is not a full CRM; it sits between your product, support desk, and messaging providers to prevent duplicated sends, missed follow-ups, and compliance mistakes. Expect some integration work: the value comes when it’s wired into real events and real providers.
