PipelineProof

PipelineProof is a web app (with optional Slack integration) that audits CRM pipelines and flags deals that are likely inflated or stale. It connects to Salesforce/HubSpot and automatically checks for “proof of progress” signals: recent buyer activity, meeting outcomes, mutual action plans, next-step dates, email/calendar touchpoints, and stage-change patterns. Each deal gets a confidence score and a short explanation of what’s missing (e.g., no buyer response in 14 days, no next meeting scheduled, stage advanced without new activity). Managers get a weekly “pipeline integrity” report and rep-level coaching prompts. This is an AI + traditional app: AI summarizes deal health and suggests the smallest next action, while deterministic rules prevent hallucinated recommendations. The goal is not another CRM, but a layer that makes existing CRMs harder to game and easier to manage realistically.
